Forty years ago Southern Illinois University-Carbondale erupted in protest and rebellion..

Ray Lenzi was a leading student activist at SIUC in the late 1960's and early 1970's. He earned three degrees from SIUC, and later went on to become associate chancellor.
Dr. Robbie Lieberman is chair of the SIUC History Department and the author of numerous books including Prairie Power, Voices of 1960's Midwestern Student Protest. She has also won awards both for teaching and her commitment to campus diversity.
Additional speakers will include Hugh Muldoon and Georgeann Hartzog. |
